		<description><![CDATA[You are right motivation can be difficult to overcome.  I have started and stopped many times trying to shed the pounds.  The single biggest tip I can give is to track what you eat.  I started doing that and it&#039;s amazing.  I know when I&#039;m up to my calorie intake for the day, and won&#039;t reach for that extra snack at night.  I combined the South Beach diet with exercise 5 days a week.  I do the eliptical and treadmill.  I add 1 min every 2 weeks to both.  I started strength exercises this week.  And I&#039;ve started shooting hoops on the weekend to stay more active.  On Jan 2nd I weighed 260.  Right now I&#039;m down to 211 with a goal of 165.]]></description>
